03. Shipping – Yes, we ship worldwide!"All orders will be prepared and shipped in 3 working days. We provide various shipping methods with tracking numbers; customers can choose between FedEx and DHL for 3-7 working days or EMS for 7-21 working days. Delivery time quoted here is estimation only, not include custom clearance.

04. Custom Duties and Local Taxes – International orders attention!For deliveries to international addresses out of Taiwan, there might be extra custom duties and import taxes occurred. Please note that for every international orders, custom duties and local taxes will be borne by recipients.

Lost / Damaged / Unclaimed Items – We’d like to ensure you the best quality.Please contact us if you have not received our package within 3 weeks from the time you place orders with us; we will track them down for you! The “perfect” standard bar is always in our mind! As we proceed your orders, we will carefully examine all items going to our customers; shall you receive any damaged items, please take photos of packaging box and damaged parts upon receiving, and contact us for claim procedure as soon as possible. For orders that are unclaimed at your local facility or post office within 14 days or any given time from your local shipping facility, studio KANARI reserves the right to charge you handling fee of returning items to us.
